Team Valle 14U Earns 2nd Place in New Era Cap Classic 14U Tournament

The 14U team earned runner-up honors in the 2016 New Era Cap Classic 14U tournament last weekend.  After winning the morning game against the #1 seed Buffalo Bombers 4-1, Team Valle 14U wanted more.  They then defeated the #4 seed Lancaster Fury 9-4 to earn their spot in the Championship game. It was a very close, hard fought championship game against the Jr. Thunderwolves, with the loss coming after a heartbreaking 5-4 walk-off. Congratulations young men on some real heart shown in a very tough tournament!
